You can just return the undamaged AT&T equipment to the company within 30 days of the ship or install date if you are not satisfied with the service. You also have to include all original parts, accessories, manuals, disks, and other related documents in the box.

1. The company will send you a prepaid UPS shipping label with a return authorization number.
2. You need to pack the item in its original box if it’s possible.  
3. You can write the return authorization number on the front of the box. The company will not accept if the parcel is arriving without it.
4. You have to Drop off the box at any authorized UPS Store drop-off location and UPS will take care of the rest.
